The office address is 501 East Hwy. 24, Suite C, Salisbury, Missouri.  We are next to Subway Restaurant and Summerville Funeral Home on Highway 24 on the east end of town.  The office is in Chariton County, Missouri, approximately 25 miles west of Moberly,  and 60 miles northwest of Columbia.
